Job Title: Construction Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team for a short-term temporary project, with work hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Lunch is provided on-site daily. Job duties are below!

Responsibilities

• Work off ladders and lift demolished debris.
• Participate in demolition of walls, hardwood floors, and ceilings affected by fire damage.
• Clean up work site after tasks are completed.
• Adhere to safety procedures and use power tools effectively.
• Perform carpentry tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

• Experience in construction and field service.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Understanding of safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Demolition experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Own tools and PPE are nice to have.
• Past experience in restoration demolition is advantageous.

Work Environment

The work takes place in a large building that recently experienced fire damage. Tasks include demolishing affected areas across four floors and the basement. Required attire includes vests, hard hats, gloves, SN95 mask, and a high visibility shirt provided by the company.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Worcester, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
