Salesforce Senior Account Manager - Remote | WFH
Employment Type: Permanent (with benefits) or Contractor
Salary: $70,000 - $150,000 (depending on contract type and experience) + commissions

In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. ### Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute regional sales plans in alignment with company objectives.
- Identify, prospect, and build an organic pipeline through partner relationships (Salesforce AEs) and direct lead generation.
- Conduct meetings with potential clients to qualify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth sales order processing from qualification to signature.
- Respond to RFPs and create high-quality proposals and statements of work with support from presales consultants.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade exhibitions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, sales teams, customer success, and delivery management to maintain high customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly revenue.
- Stay informed about market trends and identify new opportunities for business expansion. ### Qualifications & Skills - Minimum of 2 years of experience successfully selling Salesforce technology and services in a consultative/team-based environment.
- Strong understanding of Cloud/SaaS platforms and how these technologies benefit businesses across multiple industries.
- Ability to assess client needs and articulate the value of Salesforce solutions effectively.
- Experience in remote selling, utilizing tools like Google Meet for presentations and client engagement.
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills, with the ability to navigate complex discussions.
- Comfortable working remotely while collaborating with local and nearshore delivery teams.
- Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
