Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist - Early Childhood Center
Location: Quincy, MA 02169
Dates: March 20, 2025 - June 2, 2025
Hours: 7:35 AM - 1:50 PM (32.5 hours per week)
Salary: $60,000- $70,000 / Hourly: $52.45 - $61.19
Type: Full-Time, Onsite
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for PreK students, assessing communication skills and needs.
- Provide speech therapy services to children with a variety of communication disorders, including those with AAC needs, Autism, and other behavioral challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy strategies to support student progress.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to coordinate services and ensure consistent support for students.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, treatment plans, and goals.
- Provide behavioral support and communication strategies to enhance students' social, emotional, and academic development.
- Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress and concerns.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development activities as required.
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Massachusetts (DESE licensure required).
- Experience working with preschool-aged children with Autism, AAC devices, and behavioral challenges is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development and effective therapy techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and provide individualized therapy plans.
