The Foundation to Combat Antisemitism (FCAS) aims to inspire and mobilize all people to become upstanders against Jewish hate. FCAS launched the Stand Up To Jewish Hate campaign in 2025, reaching millions of people across the United States and establishing the Blue Square as a universal symbol to stand against antisemitism and all forms of hate. Through powerful positive messaging and partnerships with prominent Jewish and non-Jewish organizations, FCAS is strongly positioned to drive effective change. FCAS leverages unique monitoring technology to drive effective rapid response to Jewish hate and all hate, in addition to proactive programs that galvanize popular support for the Jewish community.

SUMMARY: The Sports Partnership Manager position is responsible for overseeing the FCAS sports vertical, creating and executing partnerships and programs to create a movement within the sports community to combat Jewish hate and all hate.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and refine FCAS sports strategy to combat Jewish hate and all hate
  • Engage leaders across sports, including professional leagues, teams, and players to commit to actions that drive awareness about Jewish hate and all hate
  • Plan and execute convenings and large-scale events to further advance the FCAS mission
  • Develop programs and partnerships that engage fans across sports
  • Create and activate programs focused against youth sports to combat Jewish hate and all hate
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with sports industry leaders, marketing associations and advisors
  • Collaborate with community partners (ex. ADL and others) who are already active in this space to create and execute programs
  • Integrate sports leaders into FCAS campaigns, programs, and events
  • Ensure leagues' and teams support of FCAS campaigns on owned and operated channels
  • Develop plans alongside leagues and teams for stadium advertising and other Blue Square activations at live sports events
  • Partner with FCAS team and leadership to ensure integration with other FCAS activities, including marketing, partnerships and fundraising
  • Special projects and assignments as business dictates
  • Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience within the sports industry preferred
  • Background in causes, nonprofits, global issues, societal problems related to bigotry, prejudice, and/or hatred, and/or Judaism a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Exemplary communication skills, both oral and written
  • Organized and flexible with the ability to oversee multiple projects, assignments, and tasks simultaneously, with critical ability to pivot in order to capture opportunities
  • Extremely proactive and analytical to deliver detail-oriented results in a fast-paced team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
