JMT Staffing Solutions is looking to hire an AP/Data Entry Clerk on a temporary, potentially temporary to hire basis.

Job Title: AP/Data Entry Clerk
Location: Wilmington, MA (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $20–$22/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (shorter lunch option)
Duration: Temporary to Hire

About the Role:
Our client, a well-established distribution company, is seeking a detail-oriented AP/Data Entry Clerk to assist with a backlog of invoices due to a recent staff leave. The role will focus on entering thousands of invoices into a new system accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input a high volume of invoices into the company’s new system
• Review data for accuracy and completeness before entry
• Maintain organized records and files as needed
• Assist with light accounting-related tasks (a plus, but not required)

Qualifications:

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency (experience with accounting systems a plus)
• Light accounting experience is helpful but not required
