Responsibilities

• Monitor the Bottling Line: Keep automated filling, capping, and labeling machinery running smoothly. Watch for bottle jams, misaligned caps, or filling errors on the conveyor belts.

• Supply Management: Constantly reload raw materials into the machinery, such as plastic bottle blanks/jugs, caps, and labels.

• Product QA (Quality Assurance): Frequently inspect filled bottles to ensure proper fill levels, tight seals, and accurate expiration date stamps.

• Troubleshooting: Perform minor mechanical adjustments to the filling heads or guide rails if the bottles are not aligning correctly.
