Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team in Boston, MA. This role focuses on supporting internal marketing operations, coordinating brand initiatives, assisting with client-facing materials, and ensuring consistent messaging across all business communications. Job: Full time Pay: $18.50 - $26.00 per hour Responsibilities: * Plan and coordinate marketing projects and internal initiatives. * Assist with the development of branded materials, presentations, and client support documents. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and service delivery. * Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. * Maintain organized records of marketing plans, reports, and internal documentation. * Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic planning efforts. Minimum requirements: Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, or related field). * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
