Position Responsibilities: The Client Account Representative will complete monthly processes with a high degree of timeliness and accuracy. In addition, the position may be asked to fill in during the absence of other billing staff. This position will be in-office during 6-month provisional period.
Essential Functions: (Core duties or tasks that are fundamental and not marginal to the performance of the job)
- Answer and document incoming calls regarding consumer billings/accounts.
- Return consumer calls regarding account balances in a timely manner.
- Process credit card payments.
- Post receipts to consumers accounts in system.
- Generate monthly consumer billings and donation letters. Includes printing invoices, reviewing, and preparing them for mailing.
- Process bi-monthly report of consumers with outstanding balances.
- Perform other related duties as requested.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years billing/customer service experience required; Associate's Degree in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred. Experience may be substituted for a degree.
- Experience with customer billing systems
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Problem solving
- Ability to work professionally with internal staff, vendors and funding sources.
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing priorities in a professional manner.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
At AgeSpan, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining rate of pay. Actual rate of pay depends on factors including but not limited to internal equity, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hour.
