We're seeking a dynamic and dedicated Program Manager to lead our Community Service Agency (CSA). In this role, you'll provide intensive care coordination services to youth and young adults (ages 3-21) facing serious emotional disturbances. You'll lead a team that's committed to providing flexible, supportive services, empowering youth and their families to actively guide their own care.

We're excited to offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for this impactful role!

This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position with opportunities for remote work and community visits. You'll need reliable transportation to support your community-based work.

What You'll Be Doing:

Inspiring Leadership: Provide vision, leadership, and supervision to program staff, including Senior Care Coordinators and Senior Family Partners.
Championing the Wraparound Model: Ensure staff consistently implement the 10 principles of the Wraparound model in all CSA work.
Building a Strong Team: Conduct hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with the AVP of Child, Youth, and Family Services.
Providing On-Call Support: Offer 24/7 emergency on-call beeper coverage, ensuring continuous support for youth and families.
Creating Positive Change: Empower youth and families to actively participate in their care, fostering resilience and growth.
What You'll Bring:

Educational Excellence: A Master's degree in a related behavioral health field.
Professional Licensure: LICSW or LMHC licensure.
Extensive Experience: A minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families.
Supervisory Skills: Three (3) years of supervisory and/or management experience.
Program Expertise: Experience managing a home-based or Wraparound program is preferred.
Reliable Transportation: Access to consistently reliable transportation.
