Rusticana Pizza is looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and being on the move. This position combines customer service, food delivery, and teamwork in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Position Overview
As a Delivery Team Member, you will deliver customer orders, ensure a positive guest experience, and assist with restaurant operations when not on the road.

Key Duties
- Transport food orders to customers in a safe and timely manner
- Handle cash and credit transactions when necessary
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Support team members with light restaurant tasks
- Help create a positive experience for every customer
Qualifications
- Current driver's license
- Personal vehicle with active insurance coverage
- Strong reliability and attendance record
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, or peak business hours
- Customer-service mindset
Experience is helpful but not required. We welcome applicants from retail, hospitality, food service, and other customer-facing backgrounds.
