Maintenance Technician Lead
Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician Lead to oversee the daily maintenance operations within our healthcare real estate sectors. As an integral part of our Facilities & Maintenance team, the Maintenance Technician Lead will ensure that all hospital properties run at optimal functionality and maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing maintenance teams, organizing systems repairs, and conducting regular property inspections to comply with both JLL standards and healthcare regulations.
