The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research methodologies, data analysis, and the ability to communicate findings effectively. This role is crucial for supporting ongoing projects and contributing to innovative research initiatives.

What You'll Do:
🔍 Conduct thorough literature reviews and gather relevant data
📈 Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using statistical software
📝 Prepare detailed reports and presentations of research findings
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals
📅 Manage timelines and ensure project deliverables are met
👩🏫 Mentor junior team members in research techniques
Skills/Experience:
- In vivo with rats, mice, or rodents
- dosing technique ( SC/SubQ, IV, PO, IT, and IM)
- Tissue and blood collection
- Other skills: Necropsy, animal studies, animal husbandry
- Comfortable in BSL-1 / BSL-2 environments
Tools:
- Veeva and PRESTIMA (nice to have)
Cert/Licenses:
- ALAT - Assistant Laboratory Animal Technician (highly preferred)
- LAT - Laboratory Animal Technician (plus)
