About the Position
A fast-paced and growing law firm in Taunton, MA is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. This position plays a key role in the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the firm. The ideal candidate will be organized, comfortable working with financial data, and able to manage multiple priorities in a professional legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process weekly client billing
- Maintain and reconcile client trust accounts (IOLTA)
- Manage accounts payable and bill payment
- Perform and monitor Positive Pay banking functions
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
- Assist attorneys and staff with billing inquiries and account matters
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, and service providers as needed
- Support general office administration and operations
Qualifications
- Experience with QuickBooks required
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Clio legal practice management software is a plus, but not required
- Prior experience as an Office Manager in a law firm
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication and problem-solving abilities
