About the Role

If you love working with kids and have a playful spirit, you'll feel right at home at My Gym Medfield ! We're looking for friendly, energetic individuals to join our team as Gymnastics Instructors - helping children learn, grow, and build confidence through fun, movement-based classes.

In this role, you'll guide kids through exciting activities that build strength, coordination, and self-esteem - all in a supportive, safe, and laughter-filled environment. No gymnastics background? That's okay! We provide full training to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Lead and assist with fun, age-appropriate gymnastics and movement classes.

• Create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere where kids feel encouraged and confident.

• Support birthday parties and community events.

• Help with gym setup, cleanup, and maintaining a safe environment.

• Work collaboratively with teammates to deliver an amazing experience for families.

What We're Looking For

• Enjoys working with children ages 6 weeks to 10 years.

• Dependable, enthusiastic, and team-oriented.

• Excellent communication and people skills.

• Eager to learn - all training provided!

• Experience in childcare, sports, theater, dance, or fitness is helpful but not required.
