HVAC/Heating Installer & Technician
Job Overview
We seek a talented HVAC/Heating Service Technician/Installer to join our dynamic team. If you have 3-6 years of experience in residential heating and HVAC systems, a Sheet Metal License, and an EPA certification, we want to hear from you!
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand system designs.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
- Document all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair various types of equipment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
- Sheet Metal License and EPA Certification
