Are you ready to drive recruitment success for the LEGO Group's Consumer and Shopper Engagement team (CSE) ? Join us to lead comprehensive talent acquisition efforts and collaborate with leaders across the Americas to build a talented workforce!

  • No relocation assistance is offered for this position

  • The role can be based out of our new Boston HUB location at 1001 Boylston Street. Our hybrid working model is 3 days office/2 days home weekly.

Core responsibilities:

  • Owning and driving a portfolio of recruitment processes dedicated to Consumer Shopper Engagement (CSE) Interaction from end to end.

  • Building and activating talent pools for near- and mid-term hiring needs.

  • Utilizing innovative sourcing strategies and exploring non-traditional avenues to connect with talent in the Americas market.

  • Supporting and contributing to specific talent attraction strategies for Consumer Shopper Engagement (CSE).

  • Providing a transparent & consistent candidate experience during pre-boarding and onboarding for all new hires.

  • Partnering closely with hiring leaders and HR colleagues to align workforce needs, timelines, and priorities.

This role is part of the PMD Talent Operations team within the LEGO Group’s People, Places & Culture (PPC) organisation. You will collaborate closely with the global Talent Acquisition (TA) community, including the TA COE, and you will play an important part in supporting PMD’s overall talent strategy.

In this role you would be focusing primarily on recruitment activities for CSE Mexico and Tempe, including recruiting volume numbers of CSE Advisors. You will collaborate closely with CSE leaders, local HR partners, and the broader PMD TA community to ensure we have the right talent in place!

  • Collaborative mindset with passion for engaging cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives .

Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $75,436.00 - $113,154.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
