Associate Creative Director Location Hybrid remote in Cambridge, MA : EF High School Exchange Year, a leader in international education, is seeking a talented and versatile Associate Creative Director. This role is pivotal in designing and producing compelling marketing collateral across various formats, and in leading creative initiatives that align with our global brand and marketing strategies. You'll have the opportunity to work in a creative, dynamic, and international environment. Your work will directly contribute to providing educational and cultural experiences to a global audience.   • What you'll do: Creative Execution and Graphic Design:
    • Design and produce marketing materials in various formats, including digital, print, and multimedia, while adhering to company brand guidelines.
    • Collaborate with the larger marketing team to create engaging visuals for campaigns and social media platforms.
    • Provide creative guidance on brand visuals for advertising and promotional materials.
    • Lead creative brainstorming sessions and manage the creative aspects of events to ensure alignment with event strategies.

    Project Management:

    • Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to ensure creative alignment with marketing strategies.
    • Manage timelines and deliverables for creative aspects of marketing campaigns.
    • Conduct regular reviews and provide updates on creative project progress with marketing stakeholders.
    • Translate stakeholder ideas into actionable creative initiatives that align with organizational goals.
    Strategic Collaboration and Communication:
    • Engage in customer and market research to inform design and creative strategies.
    • Provide creative insights in marketing strategy meetings and contribute to campaign ideation.
    • Work closely with the central marketing team in Zurich to ensure alignment with global strategies.
    • Participate in virtual meetings for collaborative projects with a global impact.

    Who you are:

    • Proven experience in creative execution, graphic design, and project management.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and creative work.
    • Excellent skills in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to present creative concepts effectively.
    • Experience in leading creative teams and brainstorming sessions.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of current design trends and customer preferences.
    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
