Road Service Diesel Technician *No Weekends

Location: Agawam, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | No Weekends & No On-Call
Pay: Up to $40/hr + Monthly Bonuses

Road Service Diesel Technician

FleetPride is seeking a skilled Road Service Diesel Technician to perform a wide range of heavy-duty truck and trailer repairs. This role primarily involves running service calls in a designated company vehicle, which may be taken home if approved.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of diesel repair experience on semi-trucks and trailers
• Strong communication skills with the service team and customers
• Ability to provide your own tools and toolbox
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• CDL is a plus but not required
• Efficient, safety-minded work habits
• Skills in:
• Preventative maintenance
• Air systems
• Electrical diagnostics and repairs
• Starting systems
• Brakes & wheel ends
• Coolant systems
• Some A/C diagnostics & repairs
• Basic steering & alignment issues
• Drivetrain diagnostics & repairs, including R&R of differentials
• Aftertreatment systems
• Misc. trailer repairs and more
