Legal Counsel (Hybrid/Remote)

We have an opportunity for an exceptional legal counsel to join our growing team. This person needs to be passionate about our mission to support the business team in negotiating and successfully finalizing the Company's agreements, with an emphasis on the Company's sales agreements. We are looking for someone who understands SaaS B2B enterprise contract negotiation, can provide day-to-day legal advice, and can support strategic collaboration agreements. This high-profile position reports to the Company's General Counsel and is part of a growing team of high-tier legal professionals. What you'll do: As part of the Global Legal Team, you will support the Company’s business team in leading negotiations of commercial agreements and provide the business team with day-to-day legal advice. You will be involved in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, including synchronizing input from stakeholders, and attending negotiation calls. You will advise and collaborate with teams across all divisions globally.
What you'll do:
As part of the Global Legal Team, you will support the Company’s business team in leading negotiations of commercial agreements and provide the business team with day-to-day legal advice. You will be involved in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, including synchronizing input from stakeholders, and attending negotiation calls. You will advise and work alongside employees in all Company divisions around the globe.
You'll need:
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a practicing attorney at a leading law firm or in-house at a high-tech company.
- Proven experience negotiating Enterprise B2B SaaS commercial agreements and Partnership agreements.
- Strong commercial acumen and business-oriented mindset.
- Experience in privacy and/or AI matters, or prior work with financial institutions, is a significant advantage.
- Ability to assess and manage legal and commercial risk while partnering effectively with business and technical teams, and communicating clearly with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Salary Range: $160,000-$210,000 USD per year
