Role Overview:

Client is seeking a Integration Lead  for Workday Finance and Payroll systems. In this role, you will design, develop, and manage integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week on-site at our Boston campus.

This position is hands-on and requires team leadership, technical expertise in Workday integrations, and a strong understanding of finance and payroll processes. You'll work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow, system reliability, and optimized business operations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Workday Finance and Payroll integrations
• Use Workday tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PICOF) to develop integrations
• Manage data connections between Workday and third-party systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT, and vendors
• Provide hands-on support and mentorship to the Workday Integration team
• Ensure data integrity, system security, and business continuity
• Provide occasional off-hours support for critical incidents or deployments

Must-Haves:

• 5 years of ERP implementation experience (minimum 3 years with Workday Finance/Payroll integrations )
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Expertise with Workday integration tools: Integration Cloud, EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PICOF
• Experience integrating Workday Adaptive Planning with Finance modules
• Strong knowledge of financial and payroll business processes (AP/AR, GL, banking, tax filing, benefits, compensation)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work onsite 3 days a week in Boston, MA
