Territories with Openings: Boston and surrounding towns

Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time or Per Diem

Pay Range: $46.00 - $70.00

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Assess client needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Provide physical therapy services, including exercises and manual therapy.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Returns the individual to an optimum and productive level within the patient's capabilities.

Physical Therapy Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapy license in Massachusetts.
• 1-2 years of experience in physical therapy.
• 1 year of experience in home health.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
