Spicer Advanced Gas , a member of the Spicer Plus brand, is hiring a full-time Propane Service Tech to take care of our clients' residential and commercial LP gas systems. Based in Kingston, MA , our service area covers the South Shore of Massachusetts. The standard schedule goes from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday with overtime available and some on-call required for emergencies. If you're interested, keep reading to learn more!

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Propane Service Tech, you visit homes and businesses throughout the South Shore to install, service, and set up gas, heating, and restaurant equipment. Our customers trust you to get their equipment in optimal condition, and you diligently investigate leaks and perform safety inspections to make sure everything's in good shape. You follow codes and regulations as you service LP gas tanks, lines, meters, regulators, and more.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current Massachusetts LP Installer License or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience working with propane gas systems
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot gas-burning equipment
• Ability to work overtime and run on-call shifts
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to serve the South Shore area
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects
• Valid MA state driver's license
