Administrative Assistant

Boston is partnering with a top law firm to fill a position supporting a team in various administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to join a well-established organization with a great culture in the heart of Boston. This role will be fully onsite, Monday-Friday, and requires experience working in professional services. The ideal candidate will enjoy providing support, have excellent communication skills, be a natural problem-solver, and have a proactive, can-do attitude. Qualifications: -2+ year of experience as an administrator in professional services -Expert in MS Office Suite with aptitude to learn new programs -Someone who wants to be busy! -Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail

salary: $52,000 - $55,000 per year

Responsibilities

-Clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments, scanning, opening and organizing files

-Perform medical records requests, interfacing with providers and healthcare facilities

-Scheduling appointments

-Perform professional writing/editing when required

-Acting as the first point of contact for clients and potential clients calling into the case evaluation team

-Greet incoming visitors/clients, seat them, be the hospitable first point of reference for all coming in to meet with the attorney and/or nurse

-Additional administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, managing incoming/outgoing mail

-Professionally represent the team/company to potential clients – returning phone calls, greeting guests, seating clients
