Controller

As our Controller , you’ll bring that same craftsmanship to the world of finance — guiding our accounting operations, strengthening systems and processes, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the information that supports our teams across the company.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day functions of accounting, helping ensure smooth operations, timely reporting, and reliable financial insights that empower informed decision-making. You’ll be a trusted partner to the CFO and department managers, supporting our shared goal of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and support the Accounting team with a focus on accuracy, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Oversee financial reporting to ensure timely, complete, and compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and cash control with attention to detail and process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements, making full use of favorable tax strategies.
- Maintain and improve systems and internal controls that promote financial integrity and efficiency.
- Support the CFO with reports, analyses, and special projects that strengthen the company’s financial operations.
- Foster strong relationships across departments through clear, professional, and respectful communication.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (MBA a plus).
- CPA or CFA certification required.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting management experience.
- Experience in the construction industry is highly valued.
- Familiarity with CMiC or similar accounting systems preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A steady, team-oriented approach with the ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple projects.
