We’re hiring a Primary Care Physician in Fitchburg, Massachusetts who wants substantial student loan repayment, flexible scheduling, and meaningful community impact.

You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role providing comprehensive primary care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. You’ll have the flexibility to choose a 3-, 4-, or 5-day schedule while working alongside a strong interdisciplinary team focused on delivering high-quality care to underserved populations.

You’ll practice in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, a historic mill town known for its vibrant arts community, local universities, and access to scenic outdoor recreation throughout North Central Massachusetts.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary ranging from $200,000 to $225,000
• Up to $25,000 annual internal student loan repayment
• NHSC student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000
• Quarterly bonus up to $5,000
