The Senior Store Operations Field Specialist provides HomeGoods/Homesense with operational support for safety and product recall processes. They will partner with the Field Leadership, over divisions, and key partners to build and support programs and ensure compliance to processes. This person interacts with cross-functional partners within the organization to collaborate on business priorities and strategies.

Who We Are Looking For: You.

• Supports store operational initiatives and programs for Environmental Health and Safety and Product Recall.
• Manages various projects and programs. Identifies opportunities and develops implementation strategies.
• Monitors trends to support compliance of programs and identify gaps
• Collaborates cross-functionally with key partners on initiatives and communicates strategies that will get results.
• Partners with all divisions, TJX Environmental Health and Safety, TJX Risk Compliance, and TJX Product compliance
• Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3 years in store operations position or equivalent store or operations experience
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint that can be used to analyze data from various sources and generate reports to help drive decision-making.
• Proven track record to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and team orientated environment.
• Ability to prioritize projects and meet due dates.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

This is a hybrid role that requires being in the Framingham, MA office two (2) days per week. We are not open to the role being remote.
