About the opportunity
Key responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners aligned with our Microsoft-centric strategy.
- Prioritize target partners such as SHI, CDW, Insight, Connection, and other Microsoft-focused VARs.
- Work alongside direct sales Account Executives and Commercial sellers in a pod-based model.
- Coordinate go-to-market efforts with internal teams including marketing, sales engineering, and product.
- Manage a portfolio of managed partners, acting as their strategic advisor and primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with Partner Success Managers to deliver training, co-selling support, and joint business planning.
- Support partners through the entire lifecycle: onboarding, enablement, pipeline growth, and renewals.
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue to meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
- Support partners in identifying opportunities, registering deals, and closing business with Exclaimer's account executives.
- Promote usage of our partner program benefits including deal registration, margin incentives, and co-marketing support.
- Build awareness of Exclaimer's value prop with partners' sales and marketing teams.
- Participate in partner-facing events, webinars, and enablement sessions.
- Ensure partners use Exclaimer internally and evangelize our solution.
Skills, knowledge, and experience
- Previous commercial experience within channel sales, partner management, or indirect sales in B2B SaaS or IT/software environment.
- Deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem (O365/M365) and familiarity with key resellers/distributors.
- Proven ability to build and manage strategic relationships and drive channel-sourced revenue.
- Experience supporting long-tail partners or working with distribution is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth environment with evolving processes and tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, PRM tools, and partner portals is a bonus.
