Sales Advisor – Clay Subaru

Clay Subaru is a family-owned dealership built on honesty, transparency, and putting customers first. We’re looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing sales team as Sales Advisors.

What You’ll Do:
  • Build genuine relationships with customers and guide them through an easy, transparent vehicle-buying experience.
  • Listen to customers’ needs and help match them with the right vehicle and budget.
  • Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives.
  • Clearly explain pricing, financing, and vehicle features with honesty and professionalism.
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Generate repeat business and referrals through outstanding customer service.
  • Stay current on Subaru products, technology, and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Previous experience in car sales or a similar sales role is preferred but not required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well in a team environment.

- Strong negotiation and customer service skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Knowledge of financing options and sales process is a plus.
