Responsibilities:

• Provide physical labor support to the prep, utility or repair crews as needed throughout the construction season
• Shoveling, raking, and spreading hot mix asphalt to grade, smoothing joints, operating tools (compactors, saws), and supporting machine operators.
• Using hand tools, such as lutes, rakes and tampers
• Adhering strictly to safety compliance standards such as OSHA requirements and company protocols

You'll Be A Great Fit If:

• You come with a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a crew
• Able to work in all weather types including cold, heat, rain and snow
• Valid Driver's License, with clean driving record
• Medical DOT Card
• OSHA10 or higher
• Minimum of 1 year laboring in a construction related field

• Hourly $25-$32 depending on experience
• Ability to work long hours Monday - Friday with occasional nights and weekends
• Snow removal required during winter months
