Minimum 6 months Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Requirements and Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience working as a paraprofessional, classroom assistant, or in another support role within an educational setting
- Understanding of child development and willingness to learn intervention and support strategies
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, staff, and parents
- Flexibility and patience when working with students of diverse backgrounds and needs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or coursework a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with instructional activities and classroom management
- Support individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts
- Implement strategies and accommodations as outlined in student plans
- Assist with classroom organization, preparation of materials, and supervision during activities
- Contribute to a safe and respectful classroom atmosphere
- Monitor student progress and communicate observations to educators
- Support students with personal care needs as required
