Facilities Maintenance Technician

Mr. Window LLC is looking for a new Facilities Maintenance Service Technician to join our team.

Mr. Window LLC is a growing service company in business for 10+ years. We specialized in interior and exterior cleaning but have since expanded into a full services company that specializes in high-volume facility maintenance service work, projects, and bids. We work in the New England region with a variety of commercial clients, with our current team consisting of talent from various different trades. With the success we have had with new work, we have been given the opportunity to expand our team.

We are hiring as of March 2026.

Seeking Pressure Washing/ Window cleaning techs (no experience required) as well as experienced construction/ handyman techs.

The right technicians have these traits:

• Experience in the trades and capable of providing handyman-level services are a plus but not required
• Mechanical and/or carpentry knowledge is a plus, but not required.

• No driving incidents within the past 3 years
• Comfortable with driving long distances (100+ miles) and using company vehicles and equipment.

• Good communication skills over the phone
• Capable of relaying information accurately to and from customers with the Mr. Window team.

• Availability on weekends and staying at hotels while working out of town depending on the project is a plus but not required.

• Good time management, with the ability to flex hours to complete vital work as needed.

How your work day will look like:

• Upon hiring, you will be entrusted with a company vehicle to travel to commercial job sites.
• Use the Mr. Window LLC hour tracker to begin your day.
• You will be assigned work orders for the day to complete in a timely manner.
• Complete work orders at each jobsite provided.
• Manage your own supply and material purchases for each job as necessary.
• Communicate with the office as needed for pricing/quoting and all other needs.
• Use the Mr. Window LLC hour tracker to end your day once all work orders are complete.
